dreambeam is an alien "girl" who travels space like a space cowboy, seeing who she meets and what gifts she gathers. she’s not very interested in the celestial plane as much as the creatures living within it. when she discovers earth she’s delighted—a planet filled with beings whose lives revolve around their interactions. She decides to settle on earth for a while, following one human to the next to absorb their life experiences, and in the process she comes to know “human life”. Eventually she reaches her limit, the fun of human shenanigans over powered by the intensity of every great love and great loss. She decides her time on earth is done, but knows she will return again one day soon, when she craves the experience that is human life.
